Good stay, would book again!

The location is the best thing about the apartment. For the price, it is a steal especially given what the hotels in that area cost

It is an old property so obviously needs more maintenance.

It was a bad experience.

The view.

No phone set at the apartment to communicate the reception, if I needed anything I should go to reception by myself! And very weak wifi. I didn't like the cleanliness.

Washer dryer, decent pool and gym.

Not so great service. Room wasn't ready at 3.30 pm even and inside, the floor was all wet. Could see some bed bugs.

Location is about 15 minutes from Orchard Road, swimming pool is great, ok for the money paid

Everything was very old and very dirty!!!! Pictures of your website have nothing to do with reality. It is a scandal that you offer something like this on your website. It is worth no atar at all but has tobe shut down. I am a very good client of yours but have never been that disappointed.

Get what you pay for - have to accept it.

Free wi-fi. Air-cond worked.

Phone calls left to ring out - when asked, explanation was too many calls. Rooms dirty - eg. cotton bud found on floor, many dead flies near lift entrance, room had musty smell. Air cond grills dirty. Ants, ants and more ants.

Cheap rooms, nice staff, but run-down and unclean.

We liked the friendliness of staff. Also, the staff was quick to accommodate our requests. We've really appreciated the early check-in. The premises were close to all the necessities (Cold Storage supermarket was a 6 minute walk). The bedsheets were clean and we haven't seen any bedbugs.

The facilities appear to be run down. The rooms are not so clean: there was a strong odor of rotten eggs in the bathroom. The bath itself had pinkish stains (apparently biofilm) and the drapes were pretty dirty. There were also ants. In another room, one of the windows won't close, and that was especially inconvenient during the haze season. One of our neighbours was smoking constantly throughout our two-week stay; we couldn't make this person stop. We were also disturbed by food deliveries which we didn't order because another room shared its number with ours. The location is somewhat remote: there are no MRT stations in close walking distance.

Not clean, ants everywhere, bed uncomfortable able and small double, changes towels every 3 days, kitchen was useless. Only 8 local TV channels. Gym was small and limited so was the pool.

Nice location, can improve on service

Location - its close to Orchard the shopping belt and close to the Botanic Gardens as well. Pleasant to walk around the neighborhood - very green, nice and quiet and very close to Orchard where there's a lot of food options, cinema and shops.

Cleanliness and Housekeeping - The pantry was not cleaned properly when we check in; the toaster was dusty, rice cooker not cleaned from previous use and the dish drainer was actually disgusting. There was no housekeeping during our stay as it was for 5 days (less than a week) and there is no cleaning equipment/facilities (brooms, mops etc) in the apartment. You can request for these things (towels, brooms, dish-washing liquid, toiletries) but they don't do collection/pick-up of the used towels/broom and there isn't space/place in the apartment to store these.

Old and deteriorated - not fit for public guests.

Nothing to say here.

This property should not be listed on booking.com. The amenities are completely unacceptable for public use. Rusted drains and bathroom fittings. Peeling ceramic and broken tiles in bathroom. Old, stained furniture. Rough wooden panels screwed over part of the window, with edges still exposed. Incomplete furniture. Sockets stuck to the wall with tape. Broken tiles in common stairwell. Elevator buttons that don’t work. Truly, abysmal. I would have taken photos, but I just wanted to get out as quickly as possible. Avoid avoid avoid.
